We will like to show you a very special recipe for our family: our grandma Maria's cookies.
This is a quick, simple and traditional recipe that you can do with kids at home.
Ingredientes (unas 70 – 80 galletas):
250 gr. de harina
250 gr. de azúcar
3 huevos
1 sobre de levadura
Almendras o cualquier otro fruto seco
Ingredients (for about 70 to 80 cookies):
- 250 gr. flour
- 250 gr. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 envelope baking powder
- Almonds or other nut
Mix all the flour, sugar, eggs and baking powder. Meanwhile, heated the oven to 180 º in the position above and below.
Prepare the baking tray, lined with non stick baking paper. Place onto the lined tray, with a pastry bag or a little spoon, small little round of the prepared dough and above each little round, put an almond or other nut we like (nuts, raisins, pine nuts) and then place the tray in the oven (which is already hot).
Go watching and when the cookies are golden brown, they can be removed (be careful because they toasted very quickly). You may replace the tray with new cookies, and so till all the dough that we have prepared is finished.
Note: You need cookies cool thoroughly before storing. Once they are cool, we can keep them in a sealed container.
Enjoy the slow food
